The idea here is simple; a daily photo challenge with the results being uploaded to social media. The project ran from 1st January 2017 through to 31st December 2017 and these are some of the images from the first half of the year.

Andrew Martin made a clear decision to look at juxtopositions of found objects within the urban environment with a view to connecting this project to his other works. Combining permanent and temporary objects with strong, vibrant colours provides the environment with an urban context.

These images capture the character of the urban environment in such a way they could be considered portraits themselves.
